Chapter 3 Overview

This chapter focuses on lines and angles and the relationships between the two. We will look at when two lines are cut by a transversal and the different angle relationships that come up in this situation. Specifically, we will learn properties of parallel and perpendicular lines. Properties of these lines and angles will be used to solve problems. Students will also find the slopes of parallel and perpendicular lines, as well as write equations for these lines.
